As the tide recedes, intricate patterns of sand and shallow pools emerge — beautiful in their own right. Beneath the intensity of the midday sun, these natural formations become a study in texture and tonality, evocative of a Saharan desert landscape. Rendered in monotone, the image becomes a quiet meditation on light, form and surface, revealing a scene that is both elemental and endlessly absorbing.
