Refund policy
Returns.
Although Limited Edition prints are classed as Final Sale items, return requests are acceptable and will be considered within 14 days of receipt.
Should you wish to request a return within this period, all return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
A refund of the print price only will be issued once the work is received in perfect condition, accompanied by all original packaging and paperwork. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and other issues.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the item if the print is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Any damage to the contents of the parcel, must be reported to the us within 48 hours of receipt of delivery.
We will require photographic evidence of any damage.
Please photograph each side of the parcel/tube including the delivery label and close up photo’s of damaged areas.
In the unlikely event that the contents are damaged, please photograph the whole print area with additional close up photo’s of damaged areas.
The more photos of the damage you can provide, the faster we can replace your order.
