Royal Pavilion, Brighton

£145.00

Quantity:

The Royal Pavilion in Brighton was built as a royal seaside retreat for King George IV, begun while he was Prince Regent (1811–1820). Often described as opulent, the building presents a remarkable fusion of architectural influences — an exotic blend of Indo-Saracenic forms, domes and minarets on the exterior, paired with richly theatrical interiors shaped by chinoiserie fantasy and Regency extravagance.

An architectural photograph of the Royal Pavilion in Brighton, England.
