Die Siegessäule (Victory Tower) in Berlin, Germany. Known as the Golden Angel it is sited in the Tiergarten, a large park in the city. Originally it stood directly outside the Reichstag and stands 67m in height. It also features heavily in Wim Wenders' extraordinary 1987 film "Wings of Desire".
