Tivoli Gardens in Copenhagen, Denmark, is a beautiful amusement park founded by Georg Carstensen during the reign of King Christian VIII. It first opened in August 1843 and is now home to a variety of thrilling rides, including the fearsome rollercoaster known as The Demon and the enormous swing ride called The Star Flyer. In addition to its rides, Tivoli Gardens offers many other attractions, such as concerts, restaurants, bars, and seasonal events, making it a vibrant destination for visitors of all ages.
