The Brisons II
£525.00
The Brisons at sunset, viewed from the beach at Porth Nanven, also known as Cot Valley, on the far western coast of Cornwall, England. The rugged shoreline, scattered with its distinctive rounded stones and weathered rocks, is bathed in the warm glow of late evening light. Just offshore, the two small rocky islets known as the Brisons rise from the calm sea, silhouetted against the fading horizon. On this midsummer evening, the water is remarkably still, reflecting the soft colours of the sky as the sun hovers moments from setting. The tranquillity of the scene is heightened by the absence of wind and waves, creating a rare sense of stillness along a coastline more often associated with the power and drama of the Atlantic. As daylight recedes and twilight begins to emerge, the landscape takes on an almost timeless quality, capturing one of the quiet, fleeting moments that make Cornwall’s far western shores so memorable.
