The Fourth Plinth (The empty one) in Trafalgar Square, London, holds a sculpture/artwork which changes every two years. In 2012 it was occupied by this wonderful almost surreal sculpture of a boy on a rocking horse. The title of the work by contemporary artists Elmgreen & Dragset is Powerless Structures, Fig. 101.
