De Rotterdam II
£95.00
An abstract, monotone photograph of De Rotterdam in the Netherlands. Vast in scale, the structure is at once minimal and abstract, yet profoundly complex. Its improbable stacking of volumes forms a striking visual rhythm - both inspired and monumental. Designed by OMA (Rem Koolhaas), the mixed-use complex houses residences, offices, a hotel, and more. With 160,000 m² of floor space, it is the largest building in the country, a true vertical city rising on the Maas. The image draws on elements of poster design and product photography, accented by a yellow title set in a stark, ubiquitous typeface.
